TERMS and CONDITIONS 1. By submitting your photograph, you are agreeing that you are giving Koochiekoochiekoo the right to publish the photograph online and in any calendar or publication owned by Koochiekoochikoo related to babies and children that have a theme in common with this website. 2. If you submit your photograph after midnight Pacific Standard Time on the 24th of the month, it will not be entered into that month’s competition, but will be entered into the following month’s competition. 3. In the event of the votes in any month being equal between 2 or more entries, they will be announced as joint winners and the prizes(if any) will be shared between the joint winners. 4. The monthly winners will be decided by votes of members of this site. You are free to invite your friends and family to join and vote. 5. Once the winner/s are announced each month, you will not have the right to challenge the decision reached. Each announcement is final.
